“90后”连续创业者肖奇：经历“翻车”和“翻身”，在长沙抓住机会

湖南丛茂科技有限公司创始人兼总经理的肖奇，是一名“90后”连续创业者。虽然创业路上充满艰辛，但他用坚持与汗水一次次突破难关。如今，丛茂科技已拥有三大运营商全省线上50%的市场份额，网上业务营收超过2亿元，在细分领域位居全国前列。

Xiao Qi, the founder and general manager of Hunan Congmao Technology Co., Ltd., is a post-90s serial entrepreneur. Although the road to entrepreneurship is full of hardships, he has broken through difficulties time and time again with perseverance and hard work. Nowadays, Congmao Technology has already occupied 50% of the online market share of the three major telecom operators in Hunan, with its online business revenue exceeding 200 million yuan, ranking among the top in China in the segmented field.

2011年，21岁的肖奇开启了他的第一次创业，和几个首次创业的年轻人一起，在不到两年的时间里赚到了几百万元的身家。但从2013年到2017年，他连续创业5年，做了10余个项目，却次次失败。2020年，肖奇在长沙创立了丛茂科技。凭借着踏实肯干的精神和互联网拓客的经验，这一次他不仅销售做得好，更是踏踏实实地扎根互联网通信领域。在不到两年的时间里，丛茂科技网上业务营收超过2亿元，肖奇不仅还清了之前创业欠下的外债，还为社会提供了近百个就业岗位。

In 2011, Xiao Qi, who was 21 years old at that time, launched his first business venture. Together with several young people who were also starting their businesses for the first time, he managed to accumulate a personal wealth of several million yuan in less than two years. From 2013 to 2017, he started businesses continuously for five years and worked on more than ten projects, but unfortunately, he failed every time. In 2020, Xiao Qi founded Congmao Technology in Changsha. Relying on his down-to-earth and hardworking spirit as well as his experience in expanding customers on the Internet, this time he not only achieved good performance in sales but also firmly rooted himself in the field of Internet communication. In less than two years, the online business revenue of Congmao Technology exceeded 200 million yuan. Xiao Qi not only paid off the external debts incurred from previous business attempts but also provided nearly a hundred job opportunities for society.

今年9月，丛茂科技与中南大学电子信息学院共建的“科研协同创新中心”顺利落地，未来将持续发力数智化服务场景创新技术和产品研发与应用。

In September this year, the "Research Collaborative Innovation Center" jointly established by Congmao Technology and the School of Electronic Information of Central South University was successfully launched. In the future, it will continue to focus on the innovation technologies of digital and intelligent service scenarios as well as the research, development and application of related products.
