妙工科技：长沙造纸杯的出海传奇

在位于长沙自贸临空区的湖南妙工环保科技有限公司生产车间，一只只纸杯如出膛的子弹在透明管道中飞速运送，这小小的纸杯背后有着不一般的“魔法”：全生物降解，是实实在在的高科技绿色环保产品；一年出口额4亿元，实现了欧洲每10个杯子就有1个是长沙造，成为真正的“爆款”。

In the production workshop of Hunan Miaogong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. located in the Changsha area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, paper cups are being transported at high speed in transparent pipes like bullets leaving the muzzles. There is extraordinary "magic" behind these small paper cups: they are fully biodegradable and are truly high-tech green environmental protection products. With an annual export volume of 400 million RMB, it has achieved where one out of every ten cups in Europe is made in Changsha, making them real "best-selling products".

2013年，妙工科技董事长郑化甫和他的团队从写字楼里的贸易商转身，建起了示范性的工厂，2020年，团队自主研发的水性涂层工艺获得成功，产品大量销往欧洲市场，年出口额突破3000余万元。2022年，妙工科技再次投资建新厂，在长沙自贸临空区建起了3.0版智能化工厂，从进料到成品，装箱打包一条龙，全都实现了“无人化”。

In 2013, Zheng Huapu, the chairman of Miaogong Technology, and his team made a transformation from being traders in office buildings and built a demonstration factory. In 2020, the water-based coating process independently developed by the team achieved success, and a large number of products were sold to the European market, with the annual export volume exceeding 30 million yuan. In 2022, Miaogong Technology made another investment to build a new factory and established a 3.0 version intelligent factory in the Changsha area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. From the feeding of raw materials to the finished products, including packing and boxing in one go, everything has been realized in an "unmanned" manner.

据介绍，公司拥有17项专利，涉及材料、设备、工艺、成品等各个环节。由于拿到了欧盟认证，妙工科技造的纸杯欧洲市场占有率显著提升。作为全省唯一一家生产全生物降解纸杯的公司，企业今年的年出口额预计可实现3亿至4亿元，是4年前的10倍。

It is reported that the company owns 17 patents, covering all aspects such as materials, equipment, processes and finished products. Thanks to obtaining the EU certification, the market share of paper cups manufactured by Miaogong Technology in the European market has increased significantly. As the only company in Hunan that produces fully biodegradable paper cups, the company's annual export volume is expected to reach between 300 million and 400 million yuan this year, which is ten times that of four years ago.
