长沙经贸代表团访问日本、马来西亚和新加坡

An economic and trade delegation from Changsha's Hunan Xiangjiang New Area visited Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore from June 12 to 20. The delegation, led by He Zhaohui, director of the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area (Changsha High-tech Zone) Management Committee and district chief of Yuelu District, came to conduct inspection and exchange activities. During the period, they visited industrial parks, called on enterprises, connected with universities and institutions, with the aim of deepening friendly exchanges, expanding practical cooperation and helping the new area write a new chapter of high-level opening up and high-quality development in a wider scope, broader areas and at a deeper level.

6月12日至20日，湖南湘江新区（长沙高新区）管委会主任、岳麓区区长何朝晖率新区经贸代表团赴日本、马来西亚和新加坡开展考察交流活动，走访园区、拜访企业、对接高校院所，深化友好交流、拓展务实合作，助力新区在更大范围、更宽领域、更深层次上谱写高水平开放、高质量发展新篇章。

The delegation visited the Comprehensive Planning Department of Shiga Prefecture, Japan, the Japan Association for the Promotion of International Trade, the Malaysia-China Friendship Association, and other government departments and economic and trade organizations. They also made field trips to industrial parks, scientific research institutions and livelihood improvement projects including a nursing home in Japan, Japan's National Agricultural Research Institute and Tsukuba Science City, a maritime industrial park in Malacca, and Singapore's Jurong Group and Nanyang Technological University.

代表团一行分别拜访了日本滋贺县综合企划部、日本国际贸易促进协会、马来西亚中国友好协会等政府部门和经贸组织，实地考察了近江故乡园养老院、日本国立农业研究机构、筑波科学城、马六甲临海工业园、新加坡裕廊集团、新加坡南洋理工大学等园区、科研机构和民生项目。

He Zhaohui noted that it is necessary to give full play to the role of overseas projects and bases of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area's leading enterprises as a bridge and bond and provide strong support for enterprises in the new area to dovetail with the international market, technologies, talents, and capital. Meanwhile, it is necessary to actively exert the window effect to attract more overseas enterprises and projects to learn about and choose the new area.

何朝晖表示，要充分发挥新区龙头企业海外项目、海外基地的桥梁纽带作用，为新区企业对接国际市场、技术、人才和资本提供有力支撑，同时要积极发挥窗口效应，吸引更多海外企业、项目了解新区、选择新区。

In the future, the new area will continue to deepen the reform of streamlining administration, delegating power, improving regulation, and upgrading services; foster a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized first-class business environment; better facilitate the high-quality "bringing in" of projects and the high-level "going global" of enterprises; fully integrate into and serve the "dual circulation" of domestic and overseas markets; and, boost its high-quality economic development.

未来，新区将持续深化“放管服”改革，坚持营造一流市场化、法治化、国际化营商环境，更好保障项目高质量“引进来”和企业高水平“走出去”，全面融入和服务国际国内“双循环”，推动新区经济高质量发展。
