The Taste of Hunan · 2026 International Xiang Cuisine Promotion Conference opens in Changsha, drawing nearly 1,000 domestic and overseas guests. 120 global chefs created stir‑fried pork with chili using over 120 varieties of chili peppers, setting a Grand World Guinness Record.

“味道湖南・2026湘菜国际化促进大会”在长沙举行，近千名海内外行业嘉宾齐聚现场。大会开展全球百厨百椒炒肉大世界基尼斯纪录挑战，120位来自全球的大厨，使用120余种辣椒烹制经典辣椒炒肉。

Multiple overseas‑oriented cooperation projects were signed on‑site, alongside chili expos, ingredient showcases and industry forums. Around 2,000 Xiang‑style restaurants now operate across more than 60 countries and regions worldwide. Xiang cuisine is evolving from simple dish exports toward all‑round internationalisation covering standards, brands, industries and culture, sharing Hunan’s charm with the globe through food.

现场完成多项出海项目签约，配套举办辣椒博览会、食材展与行业主题分享。如今境外湘菜馆已近2000家，覆盖全球60多个国家和地区。湘菜出海从菜品输出迈向标准、品牌、产业与文化全方位出海，以美食为桥梁，向世界传递湖湘魅力。
