一个多月前，在浏阳市小河乡，浏阳蒸菜研究院揭牌成立。这个全省首家以“浏阳蒸菜”为主题的研究院，集聚生产营业、教学交流、创新研发、社会培训和参与承接各级烹饪大赛五大基本功能，同时还兼具深度对接服务产业、推动产业发展等拓展功能。

More than a month ago,the Liuyang Steamed Dishes Research Institute was inaugurated in Xiaohe Township, Liuyang City. This is the first research institute in Hunan Province dedicated to "Liuyang Steamed Dishes". It integrates five basic functions: production and operation, teaching exchange, innovative research and development, social training and organizing and participating in various cooking competitions.Additionally, it also serves to deeply integrate with service industries and promote industrial development.

浏阳是“中国蒸菜之乡”，在浏阳人眼里，肉类、家禽、河鲜、腊味乃至蔬菜，万物皆可蒸。

Liuyang is known as the "Hometown of Steamed Dishes in China." To the people of Liuyang, everything from meat, poultry, river fresh produce, preserved meats, to vegetables can be transformed into delicious steamed dishes.

目前，小河乡已引入餐饮合作伙伴，准备打造蒸菜溯源乡村美学餐厅。趁着好天气，来此游网红坝，观天文台、品正宗的浏阳蒸菜吧。
