长沙中医显奇效，加纳酋长告别肩痛困扰

Shadrach Yirenkyi Appiah, a traditional chief from Ghana's Ashanti Region, came to Changsha, Hunan Province for an investment conference — and ended his 18-month shoulder troubles along the way.

来自加纳阿散蒂地区的传统酋长沙德拉·伊伦基·阿皮亚（音译）近日来长沙参加投资洽谈会——顺道告别了困扰他18个月的肩伤。

After an MRI scan at Changsha Taihe Hospital in Changsha, doctors recommended acupuncture. Just one session later, Shadrach Yirenkyi Appiah reported significantly improved mobility in his shoulder.

在长沙泰和医院完成核磁检查后，医生建议进行针灸治疗。一个疗程后，沙德拉·伊伦基·阿皮亚感到肩部灵活度得到明显改善。

"This was my first experience with a traditional Chinese medicine treatment," he said. "It proved quite effective."

“这是我第一次接受中医治疗，”他说，“效果相当好。”

He also praised the hospital's modern equipment and efficient service, calling the Chinese staff "caring and attentive."

他还称赞医院设备现代化、服务高效，并表示中方工作人员“细致周到、有耐心”。

According to the hospital, it has received patients from 30 countries and regions over the past eight months, including several from Africa for complex orthopedic surgeries.

据泰和医院介绍，过去8个月，该院已接诊来自30个国家和地区的患者，其中包括多例赴华寻求骨科治疗的非洲患者。
