The CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas has concluded, with Changsha-based leading construction machinery enterprises achieving fruitful results. Sunward Intelligent has secured orders exceeding 100 million yuan; all equipment exhibited by SANY Heavy Industry was sold out; Zoomlion successfully delivered the ZRT1500V6 rough-terrain crane, setting a new record for China’s largest rough-terrain crane exported to the Americas. These achievements highlight the robust strength and global competitiveness of Changsha’s construction equipment sector.

As a global industrial hub, Changsha is home to five of the world’s top 50 construction equipment manufacturers. In 2025, the scale of its industrial cluster surpassed 290 billion yuan, with overseas sales accounting for over 60%. During the exhibition, the 2026 Changsha Construction Equipment Industrial Cluster Promotion Conference (U.S. Session) was held, attended by more than 30 industry representatives from home and abroad. Participants held in-depth discussions on high-end, intelligent and green development, and the Initiative on the Establishment of the International Construction and Equipment Information Technology Alliance was officially launched. The alliance aims to break down industrial information barriers, strengthen global industrial coordination, further enhance the international influence of Changsha’s construction equipment industry, and deepen its presence in the North American market.
