长沙有个“亚洲投资价值示范开发区”，你知道吗？

The Third China (International) Development Zone Investment and Business Forum & New Year Gala for Global Diplomats in China was held in Beijing on December 21. A list of selected model development zones and industrial parks was released at the forum. Wangcheng Economic and Industrial Development Zone was awarded the title of "Demonstration Development Zone for Investment Value in Asia".

12月21日，第三届中国（国际）开发区招商与投资论坛暨全球驻华外交官迎新晚会在北京举行。会上发布榜样开发区（园区）评选名单，望城经开区获评“亚洲投资价值示范开发区”。

Experts inspected and evaluated development zones and industrial parks from the aspects of pursuing innovation-driven development, fostering an investment ecology, deepening opening-up, and adhering to green development.

大会从创新驱动发展、投资生态营造、深化对外开放、坚持绿色发展等方面着手，分类别组织专家开展调研评审，并进行结果评估。

Wangcheng Economic and Industrial Development Zone, which was upgraded to a national industrial park in 2014, spans both banks of the Xiangjiang River. A cross-river development pattern of "one river and two wings" has taken shape here. The zone focuses on the development of "two major and one characteristic" industries — intelligent terminals, new alloys and new chemical materials, and health food.

2014年升级为国家级园区的望城经开区，横跨湘江两岸，形成了“一江两翼”跨江发展的大格局，园区重点发展智能终端、新型合金及化工新材料、健康食品等“两主一特”产业。

A spokesperson for Wangcheng Economic and Industrial Development Zone made a presentation on investment attraction at the forum. Since the beginning of this year, Wangcheng Economic and Industrial Development Zone has seen continuous innovation in investment attraction. The zone issued the Incentives for Attracting Investment, further facilitating the upgrading of market entities, the clustering of competitive industries, and the integration of the industrial ecology. Investment promotion events for industrial and ecological chains have been vigorously carried out. Greater efforts have been made to tap into, attract, and introduce projects conductive to supplementing, extending, expanding, strengthening and optimizing industry chains. Upstream and downstream enterprises have been attracted to locate here. Meanwhile, the zone has taken solid and targeted measures to attract investment via funds, platforms, and businesses.

当天的论坛上，望城经开区作产业招商推介。据了解，今年以来，望城经开区招商不断创新，出台《招商引资奖励办法》进一步拓宽路径，推动市场主体提质、优势产业集群、产业生态融合；大力开展产业链和生态链招商，加大对补链、延链、扩链、强链、优链项目的挖掘与招引，吸引上下游落地。同时，园区做实做精基金招商、平台招商、以商招商和引新扩存等。

To date, the zone has introduced 98 high-quality projects worth 28.2 billion CNY in total. Among them, there are 3 projects invested by Fortune Global 500 enterprises, top 500 Chinese enterprises, and top 500 Chinese private enterprises, and 3 projects each with an investment of more than 5 billion CNY. The industrial ecology is upgrading at a faster pace.

截至目前，望城经开区已成功引进优质项目98个，总投资282亿元，其中“三类500强”项目3个，投资50亿元以上项目3个，产业生态加速升级。
