The 2024 Changsha Marathon & National Half Marathon Championships (4th Station) kicked off at 7:30 a.m. on October 20. Tafese Delelegn Abebe from Ethiopia claimed the men's title with a time of 2 hours, 10 minutes, and 4 seconds. Dadiso Kuftu Tahir from Ethiopia won the first place in the women's group with a time of 2 hours, 23 minutes, and 13 seconds.

2024长沙马拉松暨全国半程马拉松锦标赛（第四站）于10月20日7时30分正式开跑。来自埃塞俄比亚的选手塔菲斯·德莱格·阿比（TAFESE DELELEGN ABEBE），以2小时10分04秒的成绩获得男子组冠军。埃塞俄比亚选手达迪索·卡夫图·塔哈（DADISO KUFTU TAHIR）以2小时23分13秒的成绩获得女子组第一名。
