95后女孩郭东妮入选“大国工匠”培育对象

今年6月，全国总工会发布“大国工匠人才培育工程2024年拟入选培育对象公示”，全国共有215人入围，就职于中南智能长沙长泰机器人有限公司的95后女孩郭东妮入选。

The All-China Federation of Trade Unions announced the list of proposed candidates for the 2024 Craftsmanship Masters Talent Cultivation Program. A total of 215 individuals across the country were shortlisted, including Guo Dongni, a post-1995 young woman who works at CTR ROBOTICS in Changsha.

郭东妮入职长泰机器人以来，快速成长为智能制造一线的技能骨干和智能装备研制带头人，参与了第一届全球铸造行业科技青年论坛并获得中国赛区前8名，还申请了5项发明专利，撰写了4篇软著，牵头制定了《智能视觉验布系统团体标准》。

Since joining CTR ROBOTICS, Guo quickly grew into a skilled backbone in intelligent manufacturing and a leader in intelligent equipment development's R&D. She participated in the 1st Foundry Young Researchers and Early Career Professionals Conference and ranked among the top 8 in Chinese division. Additionally, she has filed five patent for inventions, authored four software copyrights, and led the formulation of the "Group Standard for Intelligent Vision Inspection System."

作为项目组核心成员，她参与重大装备研制的2个国家重大科研项目已通过验收，多项技术填补了国内空白。在长沙这座制造业有着无限发展前景与机会的城市，郭东妮带领团队充分展现着他们的能力和才华。

As a core member of the project team, she has played a crucial role in two major national research projects related to equipment development, both of which have successfully passed their acceptance tests. Several of the technologies they've developed have filled gaps in the domestic market. In Changsha, a city with immense potential and opportunities for manufacturing, Guo Dongni and her team have demonstrated their abilities and expertise to the fullest. Their contributions are helping shape the future of the industry in the city.
